PillarCARE is a comprehensive service and process program offered by Pillarhouse, and their agents, to customers with Jade, Handex or Synchrodex selective soldering equipment. The program offered consists of two 12 hour semi-annual preventative maintenance and additional training visits. The program offers additional training, general cleaning, pump maintenance, general reports and recommendations, and a discount on needed parts while on site.

Agreement Benefits:

• An all inclusive (service, travel costs, and planning) program
• Semi-annual complete pump strip-down and rebuild. (replacement of bearings and belts included. Any additional parts required will be provided at a 10% discount)
• Checking, and if required resetting, of machine offsets settings
• Additional process and maintenance training
• General minor clean-up of machine
• Software updates when available
• A complete report and recommendations
• 10% discount on parts ordered during the visit
• Visits will be planned by Pillarhouse, or their agent, and require at minimum a 14 day notice. Pillarhouse, or their agent, will coordinate with the service agreement holder on specific times and dates
