With selective soldering the nitrogen purity is one of the critical factors in providing a stable and repeatable process.

As an option to the Pillarhouse range, an oxygen analyser can be fitted to provide feedback to the systems PillarCOM operating software regarding the purity of nitrogen entering the machine. The software monitors the level of oxygen within the nitrogen and alerts the operator if nitrogen purity is not within tolerance limits that have been set by the machine operator.

The purity is displayed in oxygen parts per million and this information is stored within the systems log files.

This option ensures that the machine can operate without the need for expensive external monitoring equipment.
